United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island operates over 30 residential facilities within Suffolk County.
We are looking for an Assistant Director of Residential Services to assist in the supervision and oversight of OPWDD residential services.
A successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of IRA regulations and the ability to create a team environment while maintaining the overall direction and coordination of residential services; working with program supervisors, residential management, direct support professionals and the clinical team to create a safe and enriching home environment for the people we serve.
Bachelor's Degree, supervisory experience and minimum of one year OPWDD experience required.
