UCP Clinicians (LCPC, LCPC-C, LCSW, LMSW-CC, LMFT, or LMFT-c) provide mental health services to children and adults to include assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, and groups. Clinicians provide care coordination, consultation and education with the goal to resolve mental health issues, decrease behavioral problems, improve functioning and quality of life.

Annual Salary starts at $66,625.00 for fully licensed staff no experience, negotiable based on experience and billing expectation. (cc licensed $65,000) We offer along with continuing education opportunities, a competitive benefits package for full time employees including 401k, and a competitive salary scale based on experience.
