Essential job functions include:
- Manage team performance, supervise, training, scheduling, and disciplining while maintaining professional and supportive communication.
- Ensure the person(s) supported remain active in their community in a way that supports their interests, hobbies and career choices.
- Assist with the finances, maintenance, safety and oversight of the residential home.
- Ensure documentation is timely and accurate.
- Conduct and attend team meetings.
- Must be flexible and available to work at least one weekend shift .

Minimum Job Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- 2 years' experience supporting people with intellectual, emotional and developmental disabilities or work in a related field.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving history with a minimum of two years experience is required. Car insurance in your name.
- Background checks including a clear criminal background, good driving record and work references.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
