What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Supervisor Adult Day Program position at United Cerebral Palsy?
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Assist the Program Manager (PM) in the daily operation of the program. Oversee staff job performance; assist in the implementation of the program curriculum; monitor and implement goals and objectives of client ISP’s; responsible for keeping the PM informed and updated on all program information; assist with Time recordkeeping; oversee staff adherence to schedules; assist with the maintenance of client records and ensure that confidentiality is respected; actively promote a safety conscious work environment; other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 1 yr. supervisory experience; job experience working with individuals with developmental or physical disabilities; ability to maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications; ability to effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written form, in a professional manner.
