Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess experience in assembly processes, ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently. This role requires working collaboratively on the assembly line, utilizing hand tools and machines to fabricate electrolytic capacitors as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Operate various hand tools and machines safely and effectively during the assembly process.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
- Assist in the movement of materials using pallet jack when necessary, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong with the ability to understand assembly processes.
- Proficiency in using hand tools fabrication tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.

After the interview you may take some short placement tests, including a dexterity, basic math, and ruler reading (metric).
We hire through Kelly Services and The Reserves Network for a three-month probationary period.
A background and drug screening will be conducted after job offer for both temp agencies and UCC.
After a successful completion of the three months, with good attendance, you may be hired as a UCC full-time employee with benefits (medical and dental insurance, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.87 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday as needed
