Job Description:
Miracle Minds Therapy is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to support, educate, and provide mental health, behavioral health, and substance use services for students, families, and the community, regardless of economic status.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to oversee our clinical operations within our community program as we continue to provide vital mental health services to Nevada residence. As the Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our programs while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Operations Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for clinical operations, overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all programs and services.
Staff Management: Supervise and support a team of therapists and clinical staff, ensuring their professional growth, development, and adherence to best practices in therapy.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Medicaid guidelines and regulations, as well as other relevant regulatory bodies. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to monitor and improve service delivery.
Nonprofit Experience: Utilize your nonprofit background to guide the organization's operations, collaborating with other departments to align clinical objectives with the organization's mission and vision.
Partnerships and Collaboration: Work with the CEO and outreach team to foster relationships with external stakeholders, including Medicaid agencies, community organizations, and universities, to expand partnerships and enhance service provision.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for program enhancements and growth, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in clinical therapy.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of clinical operations, prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of clinical experience.
Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in Nevada.
Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in a clinical or nonprofit setting.
Extensive knowledge and experience with Medicaid and Medicaid compliance.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and maintain compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
