THE POSITION
United Citizens Foundation (UCF) is seeking a full-time CCBHC Project Director to oversee the development of an existing non-profit clinic with multiple locations throughout the Las Vegas Metro Area, into a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic.

UCF dba Miracle Minds, is a 501(c)(3) private not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive mental health programs to youth, adolescents, and underserved communities in Clark County, Nevada. UCF received its 501(c)(3) status in 2010, and began operations with one community based, and several school-based clinics. Today we have two community based clinics and seven school sites, with a contract that gives us access to up to 50 school sites. In just over a decade, Miracle Minds Therapy has transformed the mental health landscape in Nevada. Thousands have benefited from our programs. As we look to the future, we are poised to further expand our operations to achieve our goal of helping all Nevada residents receive access to the care they need.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
1. Maintain up to date knowledge of laws and best practices concerning delivery of behavioral health services.
2. Provide oversight and leadership for all aspects of CCBHC.
3. Ensure fiscal success of the CCBHC.
4. Under direction of CEO and in collaboration with leadership team, develop and execute programs successfully.
5. Report to SAMHSA on key program requirements.
6. Lead stakeholder meetings and communicate project status to all participants.
7. Participate in local, state, and national CCBHC workgroups.
8. Ensures compliance with all grant requirements, licensing requirements, and ethical protocols
9. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Healthcare Administration.
2. Must have a responsibilities in a CCBHC setting.
3. Prefer a minimum of three years behavioral healthcare experience.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills.
5. Must be able to work well under pressure and demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
