What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Lathe Set-up Specialist position at United CNC?
United CNC Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Set-Up Specialist. We are looking for a healthy, non-smoking, drug free, hard-working and happy person who wants to excel in the best environment with a dynamic team!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Must know Mazatrol control and Mazak machines
· Turn / Mill experience a plus
· Mastercam is a plus
· Must be familiar with G and M codes
· Will be required to program, set-up and run
· Prototype machining experience required
· Must be able to read 2D prints and 3D models
· Must know GD&T
· 5 years minimum experience
