We are seeking a Human Resources employee who specializing in Employee Benefits. An employee benefits specialist manages an organization's benefits programs, including insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. They also ensure that the organization's compensation practices comply with laws and regulations. They are also responsible for employee relations regarding benefits in our Toledo Ohio location.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus;
- A well-organized and self-directed individual;
- An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and who possesses excellent communication skills;
- Diverse experiences in managing a range of administrative areas of responsibility.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, Associate's Degree is required, or equivalent experience.
- Two plus years of HR related and recruiting experience required.
- FMLA/ADA administration experience preferred.
- Experience working in UKG is also beneficial.
