Second Shift Cleaner - Part Time WEEKLY PAY
Position Overview :
We are currently looking to add a Part-Time Evening Cleaner to our team. The Evening Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the assigned work location to ensure it is meeting United Commercial Services standards.
We currently have several part-time positions available in the Kentwood area with typical hours as follows being Monday - Friday 5pm-9pm with pay being $15 hourly.
Essential Functions :
- Vacuum, sweep, mop designated areas.
- Operate a floor scrubber
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- General cleaning of designated work area and keep it maintained and in good condition.
- Communicate with supervisor / manager when cleaning supplies are running low.
- Notify supervisors / managers of any major repairs that need to be completed on existing equipment.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
Position Requirements :
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Legally permitted to work in the US.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and cleared to work in public schools
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance, repairs or other cleaning duties.
- Able to work individually or with a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Additional duties as assigned.
