WHAT WERE OFFERING
The Field Services Project Coordinator isresponsible for managing and tracking field service projects from initiation to completion while ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. This role involves coordinating schedules, monitoring project performance, and serving as a liaison between field teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.
Manage and track field service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and compliance with company standards.Forecast project timelines and adjust schedules as needed to meet goals.Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and progress.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.Address stakeholder concerns and implement effective solutions.Respond to customer concerns and ensure effective resolution.Serve as a liaison between field teams, clients, and internal departments to enhance collaboration.Communicate project status and updates clearly to all stakeholders.Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing service-related issues and following through on commitments.Coordinate technician schedules, assign tasks, and optimize resource allocation.Ensure the availability of equipment, materials, and personnel for smooth field operations.Monitor service performance, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements.Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.Verify that all invoiced work accurately reflects services performed.Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.Track project expenses and assist in budget forecasting to ensure financial efficiency.Establish metrics and tracking systems to monitor project health.Ensure all field operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Identify project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.Address operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary to maintain project integrity.Maintain accurate records of service requests, job progress, and project outcomes.Provide comprehensive documentation to support audits and internal reviews.WHAT YOU BRING :
High school diploma or equivalent required.3 years of experience in telecommunications, fiber optics, infrastructure deployment, or related fields.Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.Knowledge of NESC aerial and underground (UG) requirements, as well as an understanding of state and local regulations for working within rights-of-way.Proficiency in reading general to complex system layouts from blueprints.Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent time management and communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong capability to meet tight deadlines.WHO WE ARE
