JOB STATUS: Full-time (40 hours), TEMPORARY 3-month position
LOCATION: Marshall, MN

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Inspire Growth: Plan and implement tailored learning experiences for at-risk children in individual and small-group settings.
• Guide Positive Behaviors: Teach coping strategies to help children navigate social-emotional interactions and model appropriate behavior.
• Empower Problem-Solving: Help children learn and apply problem-solving techniques through individualized planning.
• Support Team Success: Collaborate with classroom staff to provide guidance on behavior management and support.
• Partner with Families: Assist teachers in preparing and attending parent conferences to foster strong home-school connections.
• Be a Role Model: Encourage positive behavior while building a nurturing, inclusive environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• CDA with training/experience in managing challenging behaviors.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE).
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
