Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Bus Driver to provide transportation and assistance to residents in our service area.
The ideal candidate will have a Class C or higher commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement and at least one year of previous related experience.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Picking up and delivering passengers safely per daily schedule and dispatch ride assignments.
- Making sound and immediate decisions based on traffic and road conditions and bus operations.
- Selecting booked trips efficiently according to times and locations.
- Working with staff to set up routes and schedule special events.
- Operating the bus in a safe manner and following driver policies/procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Class C or higher commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
- At least one year of previous related experience.
- Knowledge of road use, laws, and regulations.
