Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized learning experiences for children with challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Provide coaching and support to children and families on effective social and emotional regulation strategies.
Qualifications
- CDA with training/experience in challenging behaviors.
- Degree in Early Childhood or ECSE preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
