JOB STATUS: Full-time (40 hours), 12 months per year

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Lead by Example: Know and follow the Head Start Program Plans, Performance Standards, MN Licensing Statutes and other important policies and requirements.
• Facilitate and Provide: Provide the technical assistance to encourage and build the Policy Council, Parent Committees and Family Partnerships.
• Develop, Implement, and Monitor: Help achieve program goals, objectives and outcomes related to Family Engagement.
• Inspire and Motivate: Supervise the Family Service team members.
• Analyze and Evaluate: Use your expert budgeting skills to recommend, manage and monitor the Family Service budgets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree related to Family Services as defined by the Head Start Program Performance Standards.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
