United Community Bank is in search of a Call Center Rep for the E-Services Department located in Auburn, IL. The essential function of this position is to assist, via phone call, both customers and bank employees with setup, maintenance, and other issues regarding the various online services offered through UCB. Full Time position.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist customers and bank employees with the setup and maintenance of Online Banking
- Assist customers and bank employees with the setup and maintenance of Mobile Banking
- Assist customers and bank employees with the setup and maintenance of E-Statements
- Assist customers and bank employees with the setup and maintenance of BillPay
- Assist customers and bank employees with the setup and maintenance of Zelle
- Assist customers and bank employees with the setup and maintenance of Cash Management
- Assist customers and bank employees with issues regarding debit, credit and prepaid cards

Computer Requirements
- Strong general computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
Education/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Comfortable talking on the phone
Attendance Requirements
Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to start work. Employees are expected to remain at work for their entire work schedule. Late arrival, early departure or other absences from scheduled hours should be avoided. This position is typically full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:30am to 6pm; and also includes a Saturday rotation from 8am to noon.

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours
- Requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary
- Requires the ability to hear, speak and/or signal people
- Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and in English
- Requires manual dexterity, typing, and the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets
Pay Range: 16.00 - 18.00
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including applicable experience, training and education.
