Business Development Representative
DEPARTMENT: Partner Funding Credit - Marketing
REPORTS TO: Director of Business Development – Partner Funding Credit
SUMMARY: The Business Development Representative will be responsible for administering key functions of the Marketing Department, such as development and distribution of promotional, reference, website and broker portal content. In addition, the role will be responsible for both growth and management of new and existing broker relationships through consistent internal and external communication. This includes identifying and developing specific program opportunities ranging from vendor relationships held by brokers to initiatives aimed at driving one off day-to-day originations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow volume with assigned broker relationships through identification of shared business opportunities, profitable vendor or industry programs, etc.
- Identify and evaluate potential new broker relationship prospects for matches. Send out and process prospect packages.
- Assist in developing and distributing marketing-related content- newsletters, website, broker portal, advertisements, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate broker statistics of assigned accounts and use this information to ensure efficient and profitable relationships.
- Attend and exhibit at broker association conferences, as needed.
- Maintain broker info in the CRM and Lease Accounting Software to ensure efficient marketing efforts and opportunity identification.
