JOB TITLE: Documentation Specialist
Position description:
Responsible for the processing and verification of all necessary documents for funding loans. Prepares loan documents while making sure the documents fit within the requirements set by the credit department.
Responsibilities:
- Review requests and enter loan information into computer while verifying the information gathered is accurate.
- Compile all necessary loan documents and send if necessary or work with brokers to complete them on the portal.
- Review completed/signed loan documents and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Request/gather needed items for funding.
- Set up for funding/booking.
Education and other credentials:
- High school diploma.
Experience:
- Prior experience in the areas of documentation and funding for Commercial Lending.
Technical/Functional skills and knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Proficient in database management and analysis tools.
- Comfortable with system interfaces including exporting/importing data among various systems
