About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leveraging technology to enhance banking experiences? As an Interactive Teller you'll handle customer transactions via Interactive Teller Machines, providing personalized assistance and promoting our full range of banking services through live video interactions.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Assistance: Guide customers through ITM transactions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Transaction Processing: Handle checking, savings, loans, and credit card transactions, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and identity verification.
- Risk Management: Assess transaction risks, follow policies, and take steps to minimize loss.
- Product Promotion: Identify customer needs and suggest relevant banking products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining high service standards.
- Support Services: Provide support for ATM/Debit Card Solutions, including monitoring status, submitting service tickets, and responding to inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Preferred experience as a teller in retail banking or financial institution operations.
- Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills:
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially in a video channel.
- Ability to build relationships and establish rapport in a virtual environment.
- Knowledge of bank operations, products, and services.
- Compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving in an unsupervised setting.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in using multiple software programs simultaneously.
- Ability to assess risk and handle sensitive issues discreetly.
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Participation in compliance training and other required programs.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
