About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you'll review various processes within Loan Operations through the QC Workflow queues. You'll identify errors, document your findings, and assist in compiling daily and weekly reports. You'll also keep training and procedural updates current.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Quality Reviews: Evaluate loan origination, underwriting, document processing, and other transactional activities.
- Analyze Processes: Test and assess the effectiveness of existing processes, identifying deviations and areas for improvement.
- Document Findings: Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, findings, and recommendations.
- Support Operations: Take ownership of additional duties as assigned, adhering to corporate and Loan Operations policies.
- Exemplify Professionalism: Align with the bank’s vision, mission, and culture, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide world-class service to internal and external clients with urgency and positivity.
- Manage Priorities: Exhibit exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
- Ensure Compliance: Participate in all required compliance training and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- At least one year in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related role.
Education:
- Associate’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with loan operations and documentation processes.
