Senior Commercial Banking Solutions Assistant
United Community United Community is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Banking Solutions Assistant. At United Community, our Senior Commercial Banking Solutions Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of loan files, coordinating loan closings, and managing funding for participations and syndications. Our ideal candidate will take a lead role in daily loan functions, make independent judgments, and manage Commercial Banking Solutions portfolios.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure the quality of loan files and documentation.
- Coordinate loan closings and manage funding for participations and syndications.
- Oversee the preparation and negotiation of loan documents.
- Provide administrative support to loan officers, including pulling credit reports and preparing loan worksheets.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements at and after closing.
- Handle telephone and written inquiries.
- Assemble and verify the accuracy of loan documentation.
- Clear exceptions and collect past dues.
- Coordinate closings and funding with other institutions for syndications and participations.
Requirements for Success:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial organization performing similar duties.
- Excellent knowledge of loans and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented and able to participate in compliance training.
