Benefits :As a bank teller, you will be the face of the bank, providing exceptional customer service while performing various financial transactions. You'll handle day-to-day cash operations, assist customers with their banking needs, and ensure accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
Duties :
- Customer Service and Transaction Processing : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and executing various financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Account Management and Promotion : Assist customers with account inquiries, offer guidance on account services, and recommend and cross-sell bank products based on customer needs.
- Cash Handling and Record-Keeping : Manage cash transactions accurately, maintain cash drawer, ensure all transactions are properly documented while adhering to regulatory standards and the banks policies and procedures. Assist with balancing and processing of TCR, ATM / ITM, and Vault transactions.
- Compliance and Security Measures : Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements, while also following security protocols to safeguard the bank's assets and maintain a secure environment.
- Collaboration and Learning : Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and operational efficiency, while continuously updating knowledge of industry trends, new banking products, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information and top-notch service to customers.
- Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
