Description
UCFS is looking for candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others! We are currently seeking a full-time (40hr) Early Childhood Services Program Manager who proactively manages access to quality patient centered services through the use of collaborative, cross department and integrative care strategies provides ongoing program
administration, clinical supervision, and program budget management for Early childhood programs in BHS.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervision of program Supervisors
- Supervision of direct line staff members as needed
- Supervision of interns as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that clinical interventions are provided consistent with quality standards of
- care that result in improved health outcomes for clients.
- Direct ongoing program management including: maintaining current knowledge and adherence to parameters of contractual program requirements; providing relational and consultative services internal and external to UCFS; serving as initial contract and community liaison.
- Develop and adhere to program budget; provide quality program data management and output.
- Oversee program Supervisors who monitor daily operations, scheduling, workflow, and productivity/scope of service requirements.
- Ensure a positive employee relations climate while leading hiring, orientation, training, coaching/counseling, discipline, performance management and appraisal, time and labor approval and tracking, and related routine personnel operations.
- Serve as program, contract and community liaison with DCF and the Evidence-Based Practices, including case conferences, regional and statewide meetings. Collaborate regularly with funding sources to evaluate process, service delivery, and scope of service outcomes, referrals, conflict resolution/problem solving.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to ensure on-going referrals for the target population of programs.
- Maintain community relationships and visibility by attending and participating in local community groups.
- Maintain professional competency of staff and self by providing in-service education, keeping abreast of changes in the profession, reviewing credentials annually in conjunction with performance evaluations, and recommending staff for continuing education.

Requirements
- Master degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience with at least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
- Current CT license: LCSW, LMFT or LPC
