Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pharmacy Technician to become an essential member of our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prescription Processing: Receive, review, and input prescription orders with precision, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Medication Preparation: Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, following established protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure the availability of medications by managing expiration dates and maintaining organized inventory control.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by addressing prescription-related issues and assisting patients with their medication needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Must be a current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure accuracy in data entry and prescription handling.
