We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Director of Operations to utilize interpersonal and human resources skills to support our Chief HR Officer and to help support our hiring/onboarding processes with accuracy and efficiency.This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, exceptionally high interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with human resources regulations.This hybrid role allows the successful candidate to work from home as well as attend necessary in-person meetings, events and stakeholder onboarding support meetings.

Position Description

Responsibilities
- Supports the Organization's various Human Resources needs and tasks
- Support other Senior Leadership with respect to ongoing reporting
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
- Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation
- Maintain employee personnel records
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, or company policies
- Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional ability to maintain trust and confidentiality
- Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in human resources or a related field is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact
Annual Salary Range
- $50,000 - $55,000
