United Community is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Manager to join our team. The Financial Analysis Manager is responsible for managing the monthly forecast and annual budget process, executive-level reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis. This role also leads projects and partners on financial systems management. The manager may oversee Financial Analysts/Senior Financial Analysts to ensure department objectives are met.

What You'll Do
- Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget process.
- Lead the annual budget process, including communication of assumptions, timelines, training, system support, and executive-level reviews.
- Maintain earnings and capital forecasts, coordinate with business partners, and provide monthly updates to executive management.
- Present financial results to senior management in monthly Financial Performance Reviews.
- Support management by providing insights into financial performance versus prior periods, forecasts, and budgets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on monthly financial statements for multiple banks/business units.
- Partner with business units and other internal resources on report development and delivery, and provide training when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Chief Data Office and Financial Systems on data management and self-service reporting tools.
- Support other reporting and analytical needs of business units and management as needed.
- Assist with projects/strategic initiatives that span multiple functions.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience with advanced data management, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis preferred.
- Managerial experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to understand concepts quickly and solve complex problems.
- Banking experience is a plus.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with OneStream, SQL Server, Cognos, Tableau, and Alteryx is preferred.
- Participation in required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check

Salary : $84,136 - $139,486
