Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Administrator to join our team. This role will play a vital part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing key accounting functions and supporting administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receivables & Payables: Process and manage accounts receivable and payable transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Profit and Loss Tracking: Monitor and report on financial performance, including profit and loss statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform routine reconciliation of accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
- Client Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Cash Flow Projections: Assist in forecasting cash flow to support effective financial planning.
- Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative duties as required to support the accounting and broader operational functions.

Qualifications:
