Role : Automation Engineer
Location : Greater San Diego, CA-100% Onsite (Need to be available weekends due to schedules)
Duration : 12 Months on W2 only
Job Description :
- Client is looking for an Automation Engineer that can come in and help with semi-automated equipment including sterile isolators wrapped in lead and heavy class BC radio isotopes.
- This Consultant will be doing PQ and run PV batches once validated. If there is any problems along the way, they will be involved in finding solutions and complete PV batches. Once 3 PV batches completed then all paperwork for submission.
- This person will be helping with developing SOPs, cold runs to get operators trained. This will be Fixing problems and make things work (NO to very limited validation)
- Isolator controlled by siemens s7 1200 processors with a little IO window 10 IOT and siemens touch panels. 4 touch panels and 3 PLCs and then plant also has Visalia (packaged straight forward EM) Johnson medisis BMS being extended. Adding MDF for network infrastructure but medisis exists.
- This Person will potentially get involved in EMS and BMS.
- They will have support from a 24 / 7 from global team as well as 2 external IT folks (1 is desk side, 1 is IT OT support) and 5 validation team member.
- This person will be asked to assist with potential Early mornings, late evenings, some Saturdays so they will be asked to manage themselves and communicate to site leadership and all levels in plant. Client needs a good communicator and learn and retain what they learn.
