We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer to join our manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities :
Manufacturing Process Support : Assist in optimizing and maintaining pharmaceutical production processes to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.
Process Improvement : Work with senior engineers and production teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of product quality.
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Provide support in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous production.
Compliance and Documentation : Ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and internal quality standards. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation and records.
Data Collection & Analysis : Gather data from production processes and assist in analyzing trends to identify areas for process optimization and quality improvements.
Quality Assurance Collaboration : Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and quality specifications. Participate in root cause analysis for deviations and assist with corrective actions.
Safety & Efficiency : Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to safety standards and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
Training & Development : Assist in the training of manufacturing staff on new procedures, equipment, and technologies as needed. Stay up to date with pharmaceutical manufacturing trends and advancements.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A strong willingness to learn and grow in the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Qualifications :
Internship or previous work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical production equipment and automation systems.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality control standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
