- Coordinate the intake process, including scheduling appointments and completing necessary paperwork.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment recommendations.
- Communicate with other service providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with UCS and Medicaid guidelines.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, substance use, or related counseling field.
- Experience working with diverse populations and mental health issues.
- Licensure or eligibility to pursue licensure in Vermont.
- Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Windows literacy.
