Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment and counseling services to individuals and families with mental health and/or substance use problems
- Coordinate services with other agencies and providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Facilitate referrals to other services as needed
- Provide consultation and education services to the community, area agencies, and schools
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records and administrative documentation
Requirements:
- A minimum of a master's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, psychiatric nursing, or a related human services field
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Vermont and rostering are also required
- Minimum one year of experience preferred
