Full Time Super Teller

Role:

To assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area. Travel to other branches to fill in as teller on an as needed basis when other Utility Clerks are not available..

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assists members and potential members with their telephone requests and on-line chat; answer questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve; refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.
• Assist members where needed. May function as a teller on an as needed basis and also member service with opening and closing accounts, answering questions about products and services.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
• Will keep all credit union member and employees related business in strictest confidence and treat all with a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Assist members with Teller Line Connection, Home Banking, Bill Payer, VISA, ATM & Debits Cards and mail out information to members and prospective members.
• Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
• Assists other departments as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.25 - $25.28 per hour

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
