**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager
**Overview:
At UDT, we are a technology enabler that helps clients in major industries evaluate, architect, provide, secure, and manage technology on the go, in the rack, and in the cloud. We provide technical, professional, cyber security, and managed services.
This is a full-time hybrid position with a focus on leading and managing projects within our Professional Services and Managed Services organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Work with technology teams to lead overall project management and planning.
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
- Support formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contract.
- Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences.
- Identify and develop trusted adviser relationships with project and program stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and program team members.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ten years of relevant corporate PMO experience in a consultative service organization.
- Desirable certifications include PMP, PgMP, PRINCE II, CSM, CBAP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agile, ITIL, ITSM, Lean Six Sigma.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, Planner).
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall.
- Strong leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Knowledge of major business technologies (such as Cloud, Microsoft, and Cisco) is a bonus.
