We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team at United Defense Tactical - Corporate in Costa Mesa, CA. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
