Requirements
Patient Examination and Doctor Support :
Take impressions, x-rays, and chart notes accurately during patient exams and treatments.
Anticipate the needs of the doctor, ensuring a seamless, prepared workflow.
Use creativity and empathy to ease anxious or timid patients, helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Office and Patient Management :
Oversee daily schedules, ensuring a smooth patient flow and minimizing wait times.
Assist with front-office tasks, including gathering consent forms and understanding insurance eligibility.
Support sterilization and treatment room maintenance to ensure a safe and organized environment.
Patient Education and Aftercare :
Promote dental health education and provide aftercare instructions to patients, parents, and guardians.
Stay up-to-date with all compliance, safety, and licensure requirements to maintain a high standard of care.
What You’ll Bring :
X-Ray Certificate and at least one year of experience.
Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage your own emotions and understand those of others, fostering positive relationships, reducing team stress, and contributing to job satisfaction.
