United Dental Partners is seeking a full-time General Dentist to see adults and kids at our practice, located in Chicago, IL. The opportunity includes generous base salary, sign-on bonus plus adjusted production bonuses. The practice is a PPO/Fee for Service/Medicaid practice.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
- Valid IL state dental license
