Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:30PM- 6:00AM
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Folder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that materials are accurately folded and glued for further processing. This position requires a strong focus on quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate folding machines to produce high-quality folded products according to specifications.
- Monitor the folding process to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on folding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the setup of machines for different folding tasks, including adjusting settings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in training sessions for new equipment or processes as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with press and prepress operations is an advantage.
- Experience with fabrication, machining, or packaging processes is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team setting.
