United Direct Solutions is looking for a full time Sales Integrator. We have a location in Louisville, KY and a location in Cincinnati, OH and are open to having someone at either location.

SUMMARY

The Sales Integrator role leads the communication process between existing United Direct Solutions accounts that are established and have a long tenure with the company. The communication process flows from the Sales Integrator and client contacts together with the Account Executive and the United Direct Solutions Client Services team. You are the point person to gather, analyze and problem solve client needs, together with the Account Executive. You translate these needs to the internal stakeholder teams in estimating, client services, production and purchasing. Teamwork. Teamwork. Teamwork.

You understand deal flow with clients and work with the CSMO on lead generating marketing campaigns to grow existing accounts across the UDS enterprise and establish new client relationships with prospects. You learn the CRM and work with the CSMO on marketing initiatives to establish UDS as the thought leader in our industry.

This role is not selling to new customers or prospects. Their purpose is to streamline the communication process between large, mega accounts and the United Direct Solutions internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and increase client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • 2-3 Existing accounts are assigned to the Sales Integrator
  • Onboarding new programs together with Client Services Team
  • New jobs (1 time, ad hoc jobs)
  • Programs (usually a cyclical run job)
  • Projects (large volume, rush or special services that are not a core focus of what we provide)
  • If it is a standard job with no special onboarding, Client Services team should be able to handle solo.
  • If Project Manager was involved in the initial discussions, document in the SharePoint site with all details needed to hand-off to the Account Manager.
  • If programmatic, you lead the kickoff meeting for all departments
  • Clear hand-off with all details to the Account Manager assigned
  • o Some examples of when a Sales Integrator will be required to manage the onboarding include :programmatic work requiring automation of the job set-up/file upload
  • Clear organization of information
  • Kickoff meeting with all departments
  • specialized service, above and beyond legacy work, ex. Doculivery, email service, text service, sync service, fax service, IP targeting, list purchase
  • Extremely large job that is new or rush
  • Support Account Managers as needed during busy times
  • Bi-Weekly reporting to the CSMO of all new sales growth within your accounts
  • Work with your account contacts to understand new project needs, onboard new work, monitor new work opportunities and develop key relationships, in conjunction with AE
  • Work with Kathleen Jackson to develop SOWs for all applicable projects
  • Proof, edit, and have AE or CSMO audit document prior to sending to client

Onboarding Expectations

  • Take clear and concise notes during every meeting and enter in OneNote, share to SharePoint page
  • Use SharePoint to manage all notes and information sharing
  • Bring in Project Manager for onboarding as needed
  • Bring in client services using SharePoint site and Midnight

United Direct Solutions Responsibilities

  • Work with CSMO on all UDS marketing programs.
  • Treat UDS as a client
  • Monthly strategy meetings to maximize our spend and results utilizing UDS workflows and platforms

- Work with all Account Executives to demo the above platforms for prospects and clients as needed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and can quickly learn or have a reasonable amount of knowledge and understanding of the industry. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook. You must have experience working directly with clients and prospects.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years of experience in client services area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, co-workers, clients, and the public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
