UDSF has an opening for an Accessibility Designer. The Accessibility Designer interacts with an individual with a disability and their medical documentation to understand current functional abilities in their current environment; probable progression of the disability and then offers recommendations concerning appropriate home modifications and adaptability that meet ADA code / compliance.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 2 years of experience in the construction field or in a related industry.
Strong writing ability required, with ability to produce analytical evaluations of customer functioning ability and fully justified recommendations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
