UDS is looking for a dedicated full-time Employment Specialist to join our team. If you’re enthusiastic about supporting others in reaching their employment goals while helping employers foster inclusive work environments, this position is for you! 

This position assists individuals by helping plan, prepare, obtain and maintain meaningful employment. Services are varied and may occur in various settings and hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor and inspire individuals by modeling strong work and social skills.
• Provide essential on-the-job support to help clients succeed in community employment.
• Build professional relationships with employers in the community.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) OR High School Diploma 2-3 years in business, education, or social services.
• Valid driver’s license & 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a BCI background check, physical, & drug screen.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus!
