The Driver Check-In Representative plays a critical role in supporting our delivery associates during the post-delivery reconciliation process. This position is responsible for receiving and reviewing delivery documentation, including invoices and customer payments, as drivers return to the facility.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing all check-in related documentation and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
Communicating with drivers and warehouse personnel regarding returned products, credits, and discrepancies.
Verifying and reconciling payments with corresponding invoices.
Identifying and resolving issues related to missing or incorrect paperwork, payments, or returned goods.
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth and efficient check-in operations.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Must be18 years or older
- High school or vocational school diploma or GED equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from drivers, delivery associates, and managers and provides support
- Managing payments from customers
- Applying payments to invoices
- Identify discrepancies between invoices and customer payments
- Provide back-up for department co-workers as needed
- Balance load sheets by verifying the accuracy of inventory, matching payments to invoices, and verifying driver entries

Physical Requirements and Essential Functions
- Regular, reliable attendance required
- Able to frequently operate a pallet jack and/or forklift if assigned
- Able to stand and walk, reach with arms and hands, lift and carry, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Able to perform greater than average lifting (50-65 lbs) with some overhead lifting required
- Must have specific vision abilities that include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to judge distance
