Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced receptionist to join our New Castle, DE Headquarters! The ideal candidate has experience with multi-line switchboards and is comfortable in a high-pressured, ever-changing environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors.
- Answer telephone calls (150 calls per day).
- Perform responsibilities with a high level of energy and professionalism.
- Scan vendor packing slips and attach to Purchase Orders daily. Ability to learn our ERP System (Eclipse).
- Completes special projects or supports as assigned.
- General administrative tasks (i.e. filing, scanning, data entry, and special projects).
- Order office/break room supplies.
- Responsible for cash reconciliation and deposit slips for bank.
- Perform other duties as obvious or assigned.
- Works closely with all internal departments, combining individual efforts to better serve the customer.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm
- High energy level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional phone manners
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High School Diploma required
