The candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, client-oriented sales environment. The role requires a high level of professionalism and expertise in the concrete and hardscape construction industry, supporting customers across Arizona and Nevada, including key dealers in Las Vegas. The Architectural Representative will develop relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and end-users to drive profitable sales and promote the company’s concrete and hardscape product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for architectural and design professionals, providing detailed product specifications and technical support for concrete and hardscape solutions.
- Develop and maintain profitable long-term relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and dealers in the concrete and hardscape industry.
- Strategically plan, manage, and participate in the complete sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing sales opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building within the concrete and hardscape sectors.
- Create and deliver design solution presentations to architects, builders, and developers, emphasizing the benefits of concrete and hardscape materials.
- Provide support to key dealers in Las Vegas, ensuring concrete and hardscape product placement, training, and marketing assistance to drive sales.
- Work closely with dealers to support their needs, including inventory recommendations, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
- Estimate project opportunities for inclusion in formal quotations or tenders. Provide post-sale customer service, including delivery coordination, warranty support, and issue resolution. Other tasks and functions as required.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Knowledge of the concrete, hardscape, paver, and/or construction industry is a key advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within concrete, hardscape, construction materials, building products, or a related field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage a flexible work schedule, including occasional Saturdays.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, interior design, architecture, or a related field.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
