Scheduled Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate $30.00hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Payroll Clerk for a short-term assignment. This role involves various responsibilities supporting the payroll function and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Support: Assist with manual checks and payroll-related tasks.
- Mail Processing: Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Department Security: Help ensure the department's security and adherence to procedures.
- Help Desk Tickets: Address and resolve help desk tickets as needed.
- Digital Library Maintenance: Maintain and organize our digital library.
- Departmental PPI Management: Update and manage the departmental PPI (spreadsheet of biweekly action items).
Requirements:
- Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in payroll systems, MS Office, Teams, and general office equipment.
- Experience: Previous experience in payroll or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Payroll: 3 years (Required)
- Help desk tickets: 2 years (Required)
- Help desk: 1 year (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
