Responsibilities:
- Assists the Program Director with maintaining the day to day operations of the Residential Group Homes
- Monitors staff performance and provides feedback
- Monitors equipment and supplies
- Coordinates and monitors the documentation process
- Orientates and trains new employees
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong supervision skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, community and staff
- 2 years experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Must also possess a valid driver's license
- This position requires the successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $16.50-$17 per hour
