RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
- Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
- Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
- Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors
- Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when working with customer information
- Display a high level of initiative, curiosity, and creative thinking.
- Have experience and/or knowledge of the energy industry.
- Have prior Data Entry or Administrative experience.
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Have experience operating basic office equipment.
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
