YOUR LIFE AS A RETENTION SPECIALIST - DATA ENTRY CLERK
As a Retention Specialist - Data Entry Clerk, your efforts help us improve our business model, resulting in more satisfied customers! Each day, you log customer cancellations and research customer complaints. Thorough and detail-oriented, you investigate issues and document your findings.
