HHA Responsibilities:
Assist patients in their homes with all daily activities, under the instruction of the RN Case Manager. These activities include everyday living. To include but not limited to:
housekeeping, bathing and dressing, transportation, cooking, shopping, toileting medication, and mobility. Always follow continence care as defined by the Plan of Care.
Requirements:
Must have an active and/or be willing to obtain, CPR/BLS, PRO Insurance, 1 Step PPD. Must successfully pass a criminal background with fingerprint (pending state requirements).
