Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team, specializing in selling corporate team-building & entertainment events. This role requires an individual with event planning expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of group dynamics to recommend the most effective experiences for our clients.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, skilled in relationship-building, and proactive in seeking new business opportunities. They will be responsible for selling, servicing, and expanding our corporate client base, ensuring that every event meets the client's objectives while delivering an engaging and impactful experience.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Identify and develop new sales opportunities by targeting corporate clients, HR professionals, and event planners.
✔Utilize LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events to prospect and secure new clients.
✔ Present tailored event solutions and close deals with confidence.
✔ Collaborate with event planners to ensure smooth execution.
✔ Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
✔ Achieve and exceed sales targets with a generous commission structure.
What We’re Looking For:
2 years of sales experience (event planning, hospitality, or related industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
