What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Supervisor position at UNITED FACILITIES?
KSA’s
- High School diploma or GED
- 12 hours of college level classes.
- Knowledge of PC and software such as Word and Excel.
- WMS Experience.
Ability to:
- Record information accurately
- Maintain confidentiality
- Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and objectivity
- Prioritize to meet deadlines
- Effectively communicate internally and externally.
Duties include:
- Promote and advocate WH safety
- Coordinate activities to meet production and quality specifications
- Ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
- Follow established company protocols and Standard Operating Procedures.
